Our associated logistics team works diligently to ensure that your jewelry is delivered on time. However, in case of any unforeseen delays, we will keep you informed. All the products purchased on https://10grames.in are shipped within India.

We want you to feel confident when you shop with us, so we have partnered with well-known shipping companies such as Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, DHL & DTDC to ensure that your jewelry is delivered reliably within India. Additionally, we insure all jewelry domestically and internationally before shipping to provide an extra layer of protection. You can trust that your precious items are in safe hands.

We kindly request all customers to inspect packages for damage or tampering before accepting and signing for receipt. If any damage or tampering is found, please do not accept the package and immediately inform our Customer Care.

Delivery Location

Delivery is only available for Residential, Commercial Location or ANGELALLY PRIVATE LIMITED Jewellers Showroom. Delivery cannot be made to public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, or on the road.

If the intended recipient is not available during the time of delivery, the Courier Company will make three attempts to deliver the product. Please note that the courier company may not accommodate any customer requests to hold back the product for a few days after making the third attempt. In case the recipient is still unreachable or unavailable, the product will be returned to the office from where it was dispatched. If the customer fails to collect the shipment, the return charges will be borne by them.

How can I Track my shipment?

Yes, we offer a very transparent & real time shipment tracking system. Once your package is shipped you would receive an SMS & an Email confirming the same. What are the delivery timelines?

  • Domestic: 5 to 10 business days from order date for ready-to-ship products, based on the serviceability of the pin codes.

 

How to return a product?

Please follow the instructions below to return your item within 7 days.

Please pack your jewelry along with the barcode tag in the provided tamper-proof cover exactly as it is.

Packaging Guidelines

Please make sure to pack the item, product certificate, and the original invoice in a tamper-proof cover.

Kindly ensure that you are available on the day of pickup and hand over the item to the courier agent.
