Order Cancellation Request

Cancellation or modification of orders is only possible within 48 hours of confirmation.

Is there any fee for canceling my reservation?

There are no charges for canceling your booking.

Can I cancel a single item from my order?

You can cancel a specific item from the list of items in your order.

How can I get my refund after canceling an order?

The refund amount will be credited to your account in 7 working days. If you use a credit card, it will be reversed to the card in 10 working days.

What happens if the amount is deducted from my account, but the transaction fails?

We do not hold any responsibility for a failed transaction; however, at your request, we will check for additional details.

What is the process for canceling?

Customers can cancel their orders by emailing us or visiting the website, typing in their order confirmation number, and clicking on the “Cancel my order” option.

I used a coupon or gift card on my order. Will the coupon or gift card still apply if I cancel and reorder?

If you cancel your order, the coupon or gift card you used will become invalid. Only the amount that was debited from your account will be refunded. If you encounter any problems with the coupon, you can contact us for revalidation. Please remember that any offers or discounts received as a part of a promotion are only valid during the campaign period.

Orders can be canceled for any reason, stated or not. Our team is here to make the process smooth and hassle-free. Please contact us if you need to cancel an order.

Alternatively, in some cases, we may seek some time to check out additional information before accepting the order. Prior information will be appropriately sent to the customer before canceling the order partially or fully.

Returns & Refunds

We have a hassle-free 7-day, 100% return policy with a valid receipt/bill. All the returned items should carry the following:

  • The original billing invoice
  • Barcode tag
  • Product certifications (as applicable) are attached to the item.

Any item that shows signs of damage, wear and tear, alterations, or resizing (by a jeweler other than ANGELALLY PRIVATE LIMITED) will not be accepted under this policy. Product returns will not be accepted in case of damage to the receipt or a difference in product design from that on the website. The product must be the same as the one on the website with all the supporting documents.

What happens when a Product certification paper is misplaced?

After verifying the item’s ANGELALLY PRIVATE LIMITED hallmarking logo, it is sent for product certification. Please note that you will be responsible for the recertification cost and courier charges.

When will the amount be credited to my account?

The refund will be credited within seven working days from the date you return the item. Please note that the amount will be credited to the Account, Credit Card, or Wallet used to complete the order. However, we will credit the refund to your bank account if you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please clarify which items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation of customized jewelry, gift cards, and engraved items will not be accepted. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products delivered outside of India.

How do you initiate a return?

To start the return process, please pack the jewelry in the tamper-proof cover that we have provided. We will then email you instructions on how to pack the product properly. Once you have filled the product, please hand it to the courier agent. The entire reverse pick-up procedure may take 7-10 working days. Please note the courier airway bill number for your reference.

Please explain the process for getting a refund.

Upon receiving the returned item, our skilled quality assurance team will confirm the quality of the product. A refund will be processed if the product meets our quality standards and the packaging is complete with all the necessary documents, such as the original invoice and product certificate. We will communicate to confirm the receipt of the returned item and initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be 100% of the purchase price.
